Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day, while orders placed in another time slot will be processed the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:00 pm on Friday cannot be shipped until the following Monday.

Delivery times are variable depending on the selected transport. If you choose transport Nacex, the delivery time will be 48 to 72 working hours from Monday to Friday. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

These delivery times may be altered by a fortuitous incident or force majeure (weather conditions, etc.), and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond Gonorthy. Also, también holidays are excluded from the delivery period in Galicia or in the destination.

In case of delay in the delivery of the shipment, the limit of responsibility will be the amount paid for the transport, depending on the type of service contracted.

It is essential that you indicate a contact telephone number so that the messenger can contact you with any questions or absence.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products in a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. You can request the return of the amount of the product or exchange for other products available in our online store.

When processing returns there may be several cases:

A) Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product/s within 14 calendar days without indicating any reason if it has not been used. Returns of items that have been used are not accepted. To do this you can use (although not mandatory) the withdrawal form that you can download at this link: download form, which conforms to the model annexed in the Law for the Defense of the Rights of Consumers and Users (RDLeg. 1/2007 of November 16).

The refund of the amount will be effective in the same payment method in which the order was placed at the time we receive the merchandise. In this case, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

B) Changes

If you wish, you can exchange your products for others within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Once the status of the returned products has been verified, we will proceed to send the new order. In this case, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

C) Defective or Incorrect Products

It may be the case that, for reasons beyond our control, you receive an unwanted product, with a factory defect or in poor condition. In these cases, Gonorthy is responsible for this under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.

You must notify us within 14 calendar days to proceed to the payment or replacement. After this period of time, will be processed as a guarantee of the product. Once the conditions for product replacement have been verified, a new one will be sent. In this case, all procedures will be totally free for the client.

Products must be sent in perfect condition. If the established conditions are not met, they will not be accepted by Gonorthy.
