General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by GONORTHY.

Any order made to GONORTHY necessarily implies as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sale of GONORTHY in force on the day the corresponding order is made. In addition, the customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order they refer to, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by GONORTHY. The fact that GONORTHY does not resort at any given time to any of the present conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be tantamount to renouncing them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.


The prices published in GONORTHY are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT included applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale in GONORTHY. Offers on products for sale in GONORTHY will be shown in the "Liquidation" section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed.

Payment Methods

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made by: Card, Bank transfer or PayPal.


The offers presented by GONORTHY are valid within the limit of available stocks. GONORTHY reserves the right to modify the product assortment according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are only indicative and do not compromise GONORTHY in any way.

Shipping / Returns

The shipping costs are variable depending on the selected transport and the amount of the order. Shipments are made throughout Spain, for other areas consult with us via WhatsApp or email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products in a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. You can request the refund of the order amount or exchange for other products available in our online store.

User Registration

To browse and buy in our online store it is not necessary to be registered. You can make your purchases comfortably with the option of "Buy as Guest", where you will be asked for some minimum information to guarantee the delivery of your order (email, name, surname, address, etc.).

You can also register as a user (providing some additional information) and thus benefit from the discounts and promotions we offer to our customers. In addition, from your account you can check your orders placed, your delivery addresses, etc.

If you register as a user, we will create a client file with your data, which will be protected under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.


Minors must request and obtain the permission of their parents, guardian or legal representative before they can access the services and/or contents that are incorporated into the web. The access and use of the portal to unauthorized minors is prohibited.

GONORTHY informs that there are computer programs that allow filtering and blocking access to certain content and services, so that parents, for example, can decide what are the contents and services of the website to which their children can have access and which do not.

Purchasing process

Buying in our online store is very simple, simply add as many products as you want to the cart and then click on the "Confirm" button that you will find in the store's cart (in the upper part of it).

Then follow these three simple steps to make the purchase:

  • Set a Delivery Address. To do this you can log in to your user account (if you have one), create a new user account or buy as a guest. In any of the last two options you must provide the shipping information along with minimum contact information (telephone, etc.).
  • Select a Shipping Method. You must select a carrier from the list. Select the one that best suits your needs.
  • Select a form of payment. The system will show you all the payment methods available in our online store. We currently have Bank Transfer, Card and PayPal.
